Thank you Opus. I’ve been silently watching for some time and it’s been an abslute joy. I now go around really appreciating the new things I do thanks to your wonderful adventure
GReat job kiddo! I am so proud of you and I am going to miss checking on your adventures every day and experiencing vicariously your “all new year”. Lots of love and birthday wishes.

The fact that you were able to post this today and be caught up to speed is so amazing! I am proud beyond words. I have enjoyed every minute and it’s been an absolute pleasure going on this crazy ride with you. Happy Birthday dear Opus! Here’s to days without planning, routine, ritual, and not-newness. You deserve it.
Also I’d like to thank my awesome brother Joel for helping out with All New Year and being our official documenter/cameraman on the final day of the project.
You, Opus, will most assuredly continue to experience new things everyday. However, we won’t be following along with these new adventures and I, for one, will miss your wacky observance of all things new. Thanks again for sharing so diligently…. ron cooper
Opus, that was amazing!!! We have watched from waaaay over here since the beginning and it’s been great (my husband just said “It’s been a good season!”). So - congratulations on a great season, well done for being so committed, happy belated birthday, and we hope to see you around again soon!!!
Lots of love, Mia & Ian in the UK xx
Happy New Year of LIFE. (Happy Birthday) I’ve enjoyed watching you throughout the year. I know you must be relieved that your commitment is now over. (What a huge undertaking.)I STILL look forward to meeting you in person some day. I think I’ll have to get down your way rather than to hope that you will make it up to Sacramento.
I love it! Free rides and prizes. That’s a great way to end the year… and probably a good way to celebrate a birthday. Do you always end up making drivers uncomfortable? heh heh.. Just an observation. Fake mustaches were a nice touch. *winks*
[...] Why are there no more updates? Opus started his All New Year on his birthday, March 5, 2007 and completed it one year later on March 4, 2008. [...]
Thank you Opus…. I like Opusmo. Its sort of like a magic man thing… emphasized more with a fake mustache. Mustaches are a nessesary thing right after Sesame Street.
I’ll miss your videos!

The beginning of this totally reminded me of Boogie Nights. But DJ Jazzy Jeff made it all right. Congrats on a fine year, sir.

For future All New Years, I would suggest getting two goons who could force people into your limo and then pretend they somehow wronged the mafia.
